This is my entry in the flowercrowns artbook, a collaborative project created by EvaHolder I took part in last Summer. I got to do the Tolkien entry and chose to draw Pippin, Frodo and Sam resting against a Mallorn tree in Lothlorien. Sam is making flowercrowns for everyone.
I would have loved to include Merry but just these 3 plus the background took me a lot of time, so maybe next time? (sorry Merry) This was a great project and it kinda forced me out of my comfort zone a little (I paint a lot of characters with a few simple backgrounds and occasionally landscapes/streets/houses but I rarely get to combine both so that was definitely a challenge!)
The book itself is on sell on STORENVY and more info can be found on the BLOG. It's honestly ridiculously cheap for that level of quality, not to mention everyone's work is super gorgeous so it's definitely a great investment!!

A little word on my gigantic lack of updates lately: my studies are currently sucking up all my time which doesn't leave much for art, but i try to still post doodles on instagram from time to time so feel free to follow me there as well.
